The Colombian group Luna Llena Salsa Band has announced its most recent (and fourth) album, entitled ALUNIZATE. This release includes eleven tracks, all arranged by Waldo Farela, a producer and bass player from Baranquilla who has an extensive musical resume. The lyrics of the songs were written mostly by Julio Pacheco, who founded the band back in 2009.
The first track gives name to the album and it’s now available on Spotify (and included in the VidaSalsera playlist, which you can access from the right margin, or at the bottom, of this page.) A second promotional track is “Ten Cuidao,” which you can enjoy below as a YouTube video that pairs the audio with a few photos of avid Salsa dancers from Los Angeles, CA.
I’m not really sure when the rest of the album will be available for purchase and listening, but you can ask the band yourself on Instagram @lunallenasalsa
