As you may know, an online version of the annual Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival (LALIFF) is happening right now.
On May 22, 2020, between 6:30 pm and 10 pm, the festival will screen the film MIGUELITO, which tells the story of a young Salsa performer who was discovered in San Juan, Puerto Rico, gained some fame, and then, along with his family, disappeared from New York City. The movie features performances by renowned Salseros, including Papo Lucca.
The screening is free of charge, but you must register HERE ahead of time. You should do this ASAP, since the festival only releases 150 to 200 tickets for each movie. Additionally, there will be a Q&A panel right after the screening.
After registration, you will get an email from Xerb.tv with instructions for viewing, be it on your phone, tablet, or TV.
